Alvar Aalto.

Alvar Aalto is considered one of the most influential designers of the twentieth century, and a true pioneer of Modernism and functional design. He enjoyed an exceptionally rich and varied career as an architect and designer, both at home in Finland and abroad. His innovative experimentation led him to secure patents for various manufacturing processes, such as bent plywood, making him the first designer to introduce plywood into mainstream design. He used these techniques to create many famous pieces of furniture such as the famous 3-leg stool.

The selection is EDITED. with AbelSloane1934, consisting of Abel Sloane and Ruby Woodhouse.
